Blog for the day:
Just woken up after a siesta. Finished our ride, first day of proper hills and more crossing the TdF route. Left behind the vines so Mike is happy, I don't think he'll miss all the wine yapp. Luckily we are heading into cheese land lol. Our b&b is nice but apparently the shower has just run out of hot water!!

Day was hot and long with some of the worst drivers so far. Lots of TdF stuff on the route but not as much as I would have thought. Really pretty in places again, really glad the route is working out. The alps flowers are really pretty and can't wait to get more into the area. Lots of nice butterfly's again, lizards and storks with their babies too. Phil is doing a great job with the van too. That's probably about all I can remember.
